Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about AFK Live, such as a payment, a refund, your data or content on the service, and our support team hasn't resolved it, write to our grievance officer. Tell us your account's email, what happened and what you'd like us to do.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it. This follows the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
