Questions

Do I need to sign in with Google?
No. You paste your YouTube stream key from YouTube Studio. AFK Live never asks for access to your channel.
What counts as a stream?
One live output running at a time. One stream can go to several destinations at once (YouTube and Facebook, say) within your plan's destination limit.
What happens when the free hours run out?
Your stream stops and you get a notification. Hours reset on the 1st of every month. Upgrade any time to keep streaming without a limit.
How does renewal work?
Plans are paid monthly or yearly by UPI or card. We remind you 3 days before the period ends; renewing is one payment. If you miss it you get 3 days of grace, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades start straight away, and you get credit for the unused part of your current plan. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment. Add your GSTIN in Billing to claim input tax credit. Prices for India include GST.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Prices are shown in dollars for visitors outside India. Card payment in dollars is coming soon; until then checkout is in rupees.
